Nabad iyo Nolol is a national political party committed to building a united, peaceful, democratic and prosperous Somalia. We believe that power, sovereignty and statehood belong to the Somali people, and that the system of governance must reflect their aspirations, protect their dignity and serve the common good.
At the heart of our party and our vision for state-building is Somalia’s youth. With more than 70 percent of the Somali population under the age of 30, youth are not merely beneficiaries of our political programme; they are partners and future leaders in rebuilding the state, strengthening national unity and advancing the country’s economic, social and political development.
Nabad iyo Nolol was established in recognition of the political, social, security and economic challenges inherited from decades of civil conflict and poor governance. We are committed to restoring public trust, strengthening government institutions, improving essential services and building a system of governance founded on consultation, citizen participation, the rule of law and meaningful opportunities for Somali youth.

Our Mission
Our mission is to mobilise the Somali people—particularly the country’s youth—to build a modern, capable and accountable state that:
- protects Somalia’s unity, sovereignty and national interests;
- guarantees peace, security, justice and the rule of law;
- strengthens democratic institutions and citizen participation;
- delivers quality and equitable public services;
- expands education, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth;
- promotes reconciliation, inclusion and social cohesion; and
- prepares a new generation of visionary, capable and patriotic national leaders.
Youth at the Heart of Our Party

In governance, we seek to open public institutions to qualified youth professionals, promote merit-based recruitment and develop youth leaders who can serve with competence, integrity and accountability.

In economic development, we prioritise employment, entrepreneurship, vocational training, technology and access to finance. Our programme proposes a Youth Employment Fund, large-scale skills development and stronger support for youth-led businesses and professional leadership programmes.
In national unity and reconciliation, we believe Somali youth can overcome inherited divisions, strengthen citizenship and build a shared national identity founded on dialogue, mutual respect and patriotism.

Early Civil Service & Diplomatic Experience
Began his public service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then served at the Somali Embassy in Washington, D.C., gaining early exposure to diplomacy, statecraft, and the responsibilities of national representation.

Education, Leadership Development & Public Service Abroad
Pursued higher education in the United States, earning degrees in History and Political Science while teaching leadership and conflict resolution. Worked in public administration roles that strengthened his expertise in governance, management, and institutional accountability—skills that later shaped his national reform agenda.
